Athenaeum is a digital library dedicated to raising awareness for patterns and materials found in the natural world. Partnering with designers to influence their work, Athenaeum seeks to raise awareness of climate change to promote conservation.

This volume of the Athenaeum catalog brings attention to the effects climate change has on various species, how new generations can be better educated about the importance of natural history, and the library’s plan to change the world.

Interactivity

The publication uses techniques like printing on translucent vellum & uncoated recycled papers, half-pages, and spiral binding to encourage users to explore the information with all their senses. This exploration ensures users remember the experience, causing them to remember better the information they’ve read.
